Joe Ruck, President and CEO
Joe is president and CEO of BoardVantage. He has led many high-technology companies through successful growth to IPO or acquisition. Prior to joining BoardVantage, Joe was senior vice president of marketing at Interwoven and part of the team that drove the company through one of the most successful IPOs of 1999. Previously, he held sales, marketing, and executive positions at Sun Microsystems, Network Appliance, and Genesys Telecommunications, subsequently acquired by Alcatel. Joe holds a BS in engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Junaid Syed, Chief Technology Officer
Junaid is responsible for leading technology at BoardVantage and brings extensive experience in building large scale enterprise and SaaS solutions. Before joining BoardVantage, Junaid was an architect at Thomson Learning where he designed a number of content and digital asset management systems. Previously, he led the corporate wide portal implementation at Qatar Oil and Gas. He began his career with FL Smidth where he implemented a supply chain system using Oracle technologies. Junaid holds a BS in engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Lahore.

Mary De Frenchi, Vice President of Account Management
Mary is responsible for sales and account management at BoardVantage. She has experience leading sales, account management, and marketing teams to success. Before joining BoardVantage, Mary was director of corporate marketing at Kansia (now part of KNOVA Software) and director of marketing at Interwoven. At Interwoven, she was responsible for large-scale initiatives to facilitate customer acquisition, retention, and growth. Earlier in her career, Mary was manager of channel programs at Genesys Telecommunications (now part of Alcatel), and held marketing management positions at Lockheed Martin. Mary holds a BS in business administration from San Diego State University.

Dean Merritt, Chief Financial Officer
Dean leads corporate finance at BoardVantage. He has focused on emerging technology companies during his career. Before joining BoardVantage he gained industry experience that spans many sectors including semiconductors, hosted Internet services, optical networking, software enterprises, communications, Wi-Fi network infrastructure manufacturing, and medical devices. Earlier in his career, he worked at Varian & Associates, MAST Immunosystems, Universal Semiconductor, and the Leased Investment Group for JR Parrish. Dean holds a BS in accounting from San José State University.

Sachin Chaudhari, Vice President of Engineering
Sachin is responsible for managing software development at BoardVantage. He has successfully led a number of projects through software lifecycle development. Before joining BoardVantage, Sachin was a project manager at Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for developing and managing the cash management division extranet. Earlier in his career, Sachin served on the teams responsible for the architecture, design and development of products at Britannica School and Otis Elevator Company. Sachin holds a BS in electrical engineering from Shivaji University, India and has advanced project management certification from Stanford University.
