Enhances access to and security of board materials
Menlo Park, CA (May 6, 2008)—BELCO Holdings Limited the holding company for Bermuda
Electric Light Company Ltd. (BELCO) and Bermuda Gas & Utility Company Ltd., has selected
BoardVantage. BELCO Holdings will use BoardVantage to provide an encrypted, but fully
searchable repository of board materials, while streamlining the process and distribution of board
books.
