BoardVantage speeds up preparation of board materials
Menlo Park, CA (February 19, 2008)—The Duke Endowment, a private foundation serving the people of North Carolina and South Carolina, has selected BoardVantage to manage its board communications. The Duke Endowment is using BoardVantage to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the Corporate Secretary’s Office to prepare and distribute board books.
