Onboarding Specialist, East

In this role you will work with account managers to implement first-time customers and facilitate the introduction of new functionality for existing customers. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a skilled verbal and email communicator and in possession of practical skill in Windows, Office, the Mac and the iPad.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the standard process and best practices to bring boards online in the stipulated timeframe
  • Manage the provisioning process, including the creation of groups/users, custom objects/fields and page layouts
  • Deliver end user training, which may include technical personnel, senior and c-level executives, administrative staff
  • Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Track record managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conducive to team development
  • Works independently, has good judgment and consistent follow-through
  • Understanding of the desktop/laptop environment with the ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues. (Mac experience a plus)
  • Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with iPad and Apple iTunes a plus
  • Solid, functional Salesforce.com application knowledge
  • Comfortable in their interaction with board members and executives
  • Ability to work effectively with demanding customers
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple of terms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • BA or BS degree
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Remote work, prefer candidate within eastern region
  • 10% travel (negotiable)
