Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Boardvantage is looking for a software quality assurance engineer to design and develop test scenarios and support product validation. This position will report to the vice president of product.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Black box, White box and Grey box testing against product
• Design product testing plans, write new test cases for new features and functionality
• Identify ambiguities in requirements, and present testing strategies
• Automate test cases
• Improve and expand existing product test plans to cover new product requirements and functionality
• Work on the product to execute both manual and automation test plans with each new release of the product

Required Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Experience with RDBMS, writing SQL queries is a plus
• Knowledge of Windows/UNIX/Linux/Mac required
• Knowledge of various browsers are required
• Experience with Quality Assurance, of Web applications both with Windows & MAC systems
• Excellent communication, analytical and technical skills required
• Quality Assurance of mobile/ iPad experience is a plus
