Support

Our account management team is the focal point for all customer contact. In addition to managing implementations, this team is responsible for ongoing technical support and customer assistance. Our team is comprised of account managers and customer support representatives.

Account managers. Every new BoardVantage account is assigned to an account manager. To qualify for this position, an account manager must have successfully led at least 25 customer engagements, and have at least 24 months of experience in an account management role.

Customer support representatives. Customer support representatives are responsible for any customer assistance questions on a 24x7 basis, 365 days per year. Customer support works closely with the product team and individual account managers to resolve all customer issues quickly and professionally.
